Case Introduction

Recently, Zhengzhou Zhongyi successfully signed a purchase contract for a pebble sand making production line with a foreign customer. Based on the material characteristics and customer specific needs, Zhengzhou Zhongyi recommended a 1,000-ton daily production line configuration to the customer. After the workers completed the loading work in a busy and orderly manner, several heavy-duty trucks loaded with multiple high-quality crushing equipment drove out of the factory gate and rushed to the foreign customer site non-stop to build a high starting point and high standard production line for customers.

The crushing raw materials of this project are mainly cobblestones, using a two-stage crushing production process. The core crushing equipment is provided by Zhengzhou Zhongyi. This project uses feeders, 69 jaw crushers, fine jaw crushers, vibrating screens, sand washing machines, etc. The equipment has stable performance, large output, good crushing effect, cost saving, energy saving and consumption reduction.
